How do I place an order?

Select your preferred colour, size and quantity, and click on 'Add to Bag' icon. You may continue browsing or if you would like to complete your order, click into your shopping bag page (top right corner) or shopping bag icon (right side of the page) to check out.

Do I need to create an account to check out?

No, you don't have to. You can always purchase and check out as a guest.

What are the available modes of payment?

We accept most credit card and debit card payments via PayPal. After selecting credit/debit card payment at the checkout page, you will be directed to PayPal's secure site to proceed with payment.

You do not need a PayPal account - simply select the "Pay with my credit or debit card" option.

Payment via PayPal provides customers with a peace of mind with its buyer protection policy. You can be assured that your credit/debit card information will not be revealed to any other parties.

What if an item is out of stock?

We generally do not reorder items once they sell out. If we do have any backorders coming in for an item, it will be specified in the item description. If you have any further queries, please email sales@playyard.sg and we will be happy to help.

Can I make changes or cancel my confirmed order?

Unfortunately we are not able to make changes to your order after your purchase has been confirmed. Kindly ensure you have inputted the correct information in your account when making your purchase! If you have any queries, please email us at sales@playyard.sg.

I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?

Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and tracking number will be provided to you via email or WhatsApp.
